County Attorney
The Judith Basin County Attorney provides legal advice to all county department heads and elected officials, including the County Commissioners. The County Attorney prosecutes the following types of cases occurring within the County: Criminal, Dependency and Neglect, Juvenile, Involuntary Mental Commitments, Extraditions, and some civil matters involving the County.
